Midwest Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare and Education Division
We have an immediate need for a Midwest Regional Sales Manager for the Healthcare and Education Division to join our team. The Midwest Regional Sales Manager oversees and operates channel sales in the region that includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. This position is responsible for working with existing channel partners and new channel partners to identify revenue opportunities and manage all aspects of customer interface in the region, including distributors, architects, engineers, contractors, and end users. The Regional Sales Manager develops a territory strategy and works with company team members in directing the execution of the territory strategy. Additionally, this position is responsible for strong revenue growth in the region. The Regional Sales Manager creates and maintains a pipeline of sales and regularly reports the region's progress to senior management.
The ideal candidate has a technical background in nurse call, intercom, telephony, or similar electronic systems. Further, the position requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience; recent experience in communication systems sales; extensive experience selling to hospitals; channel sales experience; excellent presentation skills; strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications; and the ability to travel.
