Alphanumeric radio pocket page enables caregivers to receive messages instantly and silently from anywhere in a facility without the use of overhead paging systems. These pagers will display full English text that includes room number, bed designation, call type, and time of call. Enhanced features include customized tag messages to provide additional information about the call. In an acute care hospital environment, dedicated code response pagers can be programmed to display a message for all code calls.
