Provider® 620 Nurse Call

Provider 620:  Tone-Visual Nurse Call for Many Types of Facilities

The Provider 620 Nurse Call System is an advanced tone-visual, emergency call and check-in system designed to meet the core communication needs of emergency departments, nursing homes / skilled care facilities, assisted living and long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics.

Intuitive Operation
With the Provider 620 Nurse Call System, staff instantly knows who needs attention, what type of call they placed, and their location using the tones and indications at the Nurse Console, Duty Stations, and at the Dome Light outside the patient’s room/area. The full alphanumeric display at the Nurse Console indicates the top call priorities and their respective room numbers; there is no second guessing who placed the first call.

Integrated Check-In and Alarm Options
In nursing homes / skilled care facilities, assisted living and long-term care facilities, the resident check-in option gives family members peace of mind their loved ones get attention if they do not check in at the regular time. In these same facilities, the Provider 620 integrates with wandering patient, security systems and smoke detectors to provide redundant annunciation of any events.

A Facility-Wide Solution with Provider 680
Some departments in acute care facilities / hospitals only want the basics that Provider 620 offers while other areas need the options available in the Provider 680. The Provider 620 and 680 systems can be intermixed in the same facility, both providing integrated pocket page notification, centralized code blue, and network accessible reporting options.

Design for Low Cost Installation and Ongoing Reliability
The system is Underwriters Laboratories UL1069 listed for nurse call equipment. The structured Cat 5/5e/6 cable wiring throughout both reduces initial installation costs and simplifies system service as every station is continuously supervised. The four color LED Dome Light design means the time spent replacing burnt out bulbs is a thing of the past.
