• Direct Notification to Housekeeping Staff – pressing the Housekeeping button instantly sends notification to the pager carried by the designated staff, eliminating the need to manually locate housekeeping
• Graphical Display of Available Rooms – when a room has been cleaned, a single button press in the patient room displays the room as “ready” in a browser window, allowing Admitting to fill the room quickly
• Reduced Wait Time – patient satisfaction is directly affected when less time is spent in waiting areas while rooms are readied
• Housekeeping Room Display – the housekeeping department has a PC displaying all of the rooms that require attention, making it easier to balance the workload and maintain efficiency
