Accurate, Real-Time Patient Information through ADT System Integration

Critical data such as a patient’s condition or doctor’s information is uploaded in real-time into the Provider® 680’s electronic whiteboard through integration with the facility’s ADT (Admissions/Discharge/Transfer) system.  Following the HL7 data communications standard, the whiteboard is automatically populated with the ADT data, eliminating manual entry of information.

• Automatic Data Upload - as a patient’s information is entered into the facility’s ADT system, the data is automatically updated in the Touchscreen Nurse Console’s whiteboard, saving staff member's time and increasing efficiency
• Electronic Whiteboard - a summary of all critical patient data from the ADT system is available at the user’s fingertips, providing staff members with the background information necessary to appropriately handle and dispatch calls
• Data Accuracy - automatic population of the patient’s data from the ADT system eliminates the need to manually enter patient data, minimizing the occurrence of errors
